Terms and Conditions
Deadlines:
If our standard turnaround deadline cannot be met, you will be informed of the delay within one hour of submission of transcription files. If an agreed deadline is subsequently missed, invoicing of this work will be subject to a discretionary discount.
Payment Terms:
Invoices are issued on a monthly basis, payable by cheque or bank transfer.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Good to Go Transcription reserve the right to charge interest on late payment.
All prices are subject to VAT.
Liability:
Whilst Good to Go Transcription strive for perfect accuracy, our transcribers are not qualified professionals in their field. Final responsibility for completed documents lies with the client.
Good to Go Transcription assume no liability for loss or damages howsoever caused, resulting from direct or indirect use of our services.
